European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to support daily center operations while focusing on achieving sales goals and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead by example, train Associates and Estheticians, and help recruit and retain a high-performing team in a busy center.

You will oversee marketing events, drive wax-passes sales, and ensure a positive, safe, and efficient workplace. Competitive hourly pay with performance bonuses is offered.

• Proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for coaching and group training.
• Energetic, organized, and guest-focused with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and energize the team to create outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure every guest has a memorable, inviting experience.
• Train and coach Associates to meet sales and service goals.
• Recruit, train, and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
• Sell Wax Passes and contribute to achieving center sales targets.
• Oversee loss prevention, expenses, and center cleanliness.
