Job summary

Concentra seeks an Assistant Center Operations Director (ACOD) to support the Center Operation Director in delivering exceptional patient care and service at a busy medical facility. You will help plan staff schedules, oversee daily operations, manage patient flow, and assist with budgeting and policy development.

You will lead and train back-office staff, coordinate HR processes, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining a welcoming center environment for patients and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent directly related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and preparing work schedules and assigns colleagues to specific duties.
• Assist in ensuring the financial performance of the center.
• Assist with hiring, training, and evaluating Center operations colleagues.
• Assist Center Operation Director with the hiring, training, disciplining and terminating of back office personnel.
• Assist with on-site tours and training of Center personnel to present clinic services to clients.
