Responsibilities

• Lead and organize operations, payroll, ordering and compliance.
• Manage traffic, conversion, and staffing to drive center performance.
• Coach sales scripts and develop effective action plans with the team.
• Ensure reservations are accurate and notes are correct; correct errors immediately.
• Train and role-model Artemis Wax and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, fully stocked lobby and restrooms.
