European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Center Manager in delivering outstanding guest experiences and driving revenue. You will lead front desk and service teams, coach staff, and ensure brand standards across operations, cleanliness, and guest check-in protocols.

The role requires supervisory experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and a positive, fun attitude. Full availability and a passion for strong guest service are essential to success.

Competenze

• One year of supervisory or leadership experience in a sales-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree or applicable related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
