Job summary

Artemis Wax LLC in Cherry Hill, NJ seeks an Assistant Manager to support Guest Service and Center Manager, delivering strong sales, leadership and customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, train teammates to meet brand standards, handle reservations and wax pass programs, and help drive revenue while upholding Artemis Wax Core Values.

Requires at least one year supervisory sales experience and a bachelor’s degree or relevant experience;

Responsibilities

• Field and People Leadership: maintain Wax Pass sales goals and guest services standards.
• Lead front desk operations, schedule planning, and room readiness.
• Ensure lobby, hallways, restrooms meet brand standards and stay organized.
• Provide excellent customer service to Wax Pass holders and guests.
• Coach and guide Center Team with direction, feedback and recognition.
• Oversee day-to-day center operations in the Center Manager’s absence.
• Train and model Artemis Wax brand standards and protocols.
• Monitor performance and drive staff improvement.
• Manage center traffic, conversions, and staffing for optimal performance.
• Handle EFTS processing and center compliance as directed.
