European Wax Center is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations, coach a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales performance with a focus on guest retention. This role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and operational excellence in a busy beauty-wellness setting.

You will coordinate scheduling, payroll, inventory, and safety compliance while delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background).
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proven track record of driving sales and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists.
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention.
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards.
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members.
