Job summary

European Wax Center, Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager to support daily operations, guest service excellence, and team leadership at our Livingston, NJ studio.

You will work closely with the Center Manager to ensure a smooth, welcoming experience for guests and Wax Pass holders, while coaching staff on scripts and procedures. You will model the Artemis Wax values, manage scheduling, handle reservations and conversions, and drive KPIs like revenue and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• One year of supervisory or leadership experience in a sales-driven role.
• Bachelor's degree or applicable related experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example with excellent customer service to guests and Wax Pass holders.
• Assist Center Manager with scheduling, room assignments and daily operations.
• Coach staff on scripts, reservations, conversions, and brand standards.
• Manage traffic, staffing, and KPI performance to maximize center results.
• Maintain a professional, clean, fully stocked lobby and public areas.
