Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in healthcare operations or senior care settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; adept with documentation and compliance.

• Coordinate daily Center operations to support Participant services across departments.
• Support Participant flow, care planning, meals, transportation, and clinical services.
• Maintain safe, welcoming Center environment and regulatory readiness.
• Document IDT meetings, decisions, and action items; track follow-up.
• Assist with provider coordination, account processing, and center expenses.
• Support staff scheduling and onboarding; promote teamwork and accountability.
