You will work under the Adult Day Program Manager to ensure smooth daily center operations, from activity logistics to documentation and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active CPR and First Aid certifications required on hire.
• Administrative/office support experience (1+ year).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad administrative and operational support across daily program activities.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily workflow for the caregiver team.
• Manage transportation logistics and routing for program activities.
• Maintain accurate electronic records and perform EHR data entry.
• Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment for all patients and community members.
• Collaborate with management and center staff to improve program quality and efficiency.
• Serve as a professional point of contact for patients, families, and partners.
• Adhere to compliance, safety, and health screening protocols (TB, etc.).
