Job summary

CenterLight Healthcare PACE seeks an experienced Administrative Care Manager to coordinate day-to-day interdisciplinary operations and oversee participant care processes. You will drive operational excellence across the center and partner with clinical and operational leaders to ensure high-quality, compliant, participant-centered care.

In this role, you will lead QA initiatives, coordinate staff education, and collaborate with Shared Services to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in business/healthcare administration or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare operations experience.
• At least 1 year working with older adults in PACE/MLTC/CHHA.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of the interdisciplinary team and support seamless participant care.
• Partner with site leadership and department managers to optimize workflows and performance.
• Monitor operational metrics and identify opportunities for quality improvement and enhanced care delivery.
• Support development and execution of individualized participant care plans.
• Coordinate staff education, in-services, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead quality assurance, regulatory readiness, and compliance initiatives.
