Job summary

European Wax Center in Castle Rock, CO is seeking a Spa Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and drive guest experiences and sales.

This full-time, in-center leadership role requires 2+ years of management, flexible availability, and strong skills in KPI management and staff development. You will oversee merchandising, scheduling, and budget performance to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required).
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team.
• Train and support Associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences while building confidence in package sales and retail products.
• Drive sales through coaching, goal setting, performance management and leading by example.
• Foster a positive, safe, and accountable workplace culture that recognizes success and supports ongoing development.
• Monitor center performance, staffing, productivity, and profitability.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and brand standards.
• Execute promotions, maintain visual merchandising and center cleanliness.
• Adapt to changing business needs and new initiatives.
