European Wax Center is seeking a Spa Manager in Aurora, CO to lead daily operations and coach a team to deliver outstanding guest experiences while achieving sales goals. This full-time in-center role requires driving package sales, maintaining standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

You will lead by example, train associates, manage KPIs and budgets, and ensure guest concerns are resolved with empathy. In-person leadership with flexible weekend hours offered.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or beauty settings.
• Flexible availability to support business needs, including weekends.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs and budgets, with accountability for results.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.
