Job summary

European Wax Center in Aurora, CO seeks a Spa Manager to lead day-to-day center operations and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting sales goals. This full-time, in-center leadership role emphasizes coaching, accountability, and performance management to drive guest satisfaction and center profitability.

You will supervise staffing, train associates on service delivery and product sales, and ensure brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience (retail and/or beauty preferred, but not required).
• Flexible availability is required to support business needs.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and business performance.
• Comfortable using POS, scheduling, and guest management software.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to professionally resolve guest concerns with empathy and sound judgment.
