Bank of America is seeking a Manager to lead a financial center in San Diego, driving client-centric service, risk-aware operations, and team development. You will own the center’s performance, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence across daily activities.

This role requires weekend availability, a 40-hour week, and a strong focus on coaching, hiring, and delivering solid business results within a collaborative environment.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience demonstrated through coaching, training, or motivating a work team.
• Enthusiastic, self-starter with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams.
• Strong client focus with problem-solving and regulatory awareness.
