EWC Growth LLC. is seeking an energetic Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a front-of-house team and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our center in Georgia, USA.

You will coach staff, manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations, while driving sales, loyalty, and local marketing initiatives. This is a full-time, hourly leadership role with earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop front-line staff for exceptional guest experiences.
• Comfortable discussing sales, goals and KPIs with the team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the team, onboard new members, manage scheduling and payroll processes.
• Drive sales and guest loyalty through coaching and product education.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out and resolve concerns.
• Maintain center operations including inventory, deposits and cleanliness.
