Job summary

The Assistant Manager (ACSM) at EWC Growth LLC. oversees front-of-house operations and leads a Center Leadership Team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while driving sales and KPIs.

You'll coach and onboard team members, manage scheduling, payroll, and daily operations, and collaborate with the Center Sales Director to grow the business. This is a full-time, hourly leadership role with strong earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Currently a Key Holder or ready to advance to a leadership role.
• Passion for coaching and helping others win.
• Comfort discussing sales, goals, and KPIs and motivating a team.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop guest service teams to deliver outstanding experiences.
• Oversee scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Support payroll processes and timesheet accuracy.
• Coach team through Strut sessions and one-on-one coaching.
• Drive sales and guest loyalty through coaching and initiatives.
