EWC Growth LLC. is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) in Orlando to lead a guest-focused team and drive sales. This full-time, hourly leadership role offers strong earning potential, benefits, and growth opportunities within the Center Leadership Team.

You will coach front-of-house staff, manage scheduling, support payroll, and lead local initiatives to boost guest satisfaction and store performance. Competitive pay ranges from $17–$20 per hour with commissions and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Current Key Holder or emerging leader ready for your next step.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.
• Strong coaching, sales and KPI-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and onboard new team members and manage scheduling and payroll support.
• Drive sales, educate guests on services and products, and monitor KPIs.
• Maintain center operations, cleanliness, safety, and guest-ready spaces.
• Maintain high energy, accountability, teamwork, and results.
