EWC Growth LLC is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a front-of-house team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. As a Center Leadership Team member, you’ll coach staff, drive sales, manage scheduling, and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in fast-paced settings.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or fitness preferred.
• Comfortable discussing sales goals and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Lead Strut sessions and coaching conversations.
• Review timesheets and support payroll processing.
• Create a culture of accountability, energy, teamwork, and results.
• Set the standard from check-in to check-out.
• Process appointments, payments, refunds, and guest requests with confidence.
• Optimize the Reservation Book and guest satisfaction.
• Keep center running with inventory, deposits, safety, and cleanliness.
