Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Current Key Holder or emerging leader ready for next step.
• Experience with POS and computerized scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.
