EWC Growth in Marlborough, MA is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a front-of-house team and deliver an outstanding guest experience while driving sales and KPIs. You will partner with the Center Sales Director to coach staff, manage schedules, and maintain smooth operations across the center.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or another fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Current Key Holder or emerging leader ready for the next step.
• Love coaching people and helping them win.
• Comfortable talking about sales, goals, and KPIs and motivating a team around them.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Lead sessions and coaching conversations; monitor timesheets and payroll.
