Job summary

EWC Growth is seeking an Assistant Manager (ACSM) to lead a front-of-house team and partner with the Center Sales Director to deliver outstanding guest experiences in Orlando. This full-time, hourly role focuses on coaching, scheduling, and driving KPIs while fostering a energetic, guest-centric culture.

You'll train staff, oversee payroll, and help execute local marketing and guest acquisition initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment.
• Strong coaching and development skills for front-of-house teams.
• Comfortable discussing sales goals, KPIs, and motivating a team around them.
• Experience with POS systems and scheduling software (Zenoti preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Co-lead coaching sessions and conduct one-on-one coaching conversations.
• Review timesheets and support payroll processing.
• Create a culture of accountability, energy, teamwork, and results.
