EWC Growth LLC is seeking a high-energy Assistant Manager (ACSM) in Chicago to lead a fast-paced guest-focused team, drive sales, and uphold the center’s high standards. You’ll report to the Center Sales Director and play a pivotal role on the Center Leadership Team.

This full-time, hourly leadership role offers strong earning potential, comprehensive benefits, and room to grow as you coach staff, optimize operations, and deliver unforgettable experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, fitness, or other fast-paced customer-facing environments.
• Comfortable discussing sales, goals, and KPIs; able to motivate a team around them.
• Experience with POS and scheduling systems; Zenoti preferred.

Responsabilités

• Train, coach, and motivate Guest Service Associates to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Onboard new team members and set them up for success from day one.
• Support scheduling, shift coverage, and day-to-day personnel management.
• Co-lead Strut sessions and facilitate coaching conversations.
• Review employee timesheets and support payroll processing.
• Create a culture of accountability, energy, teamwork, and results.
• Lead from the front by educating guests on Wax Passes, services, and products.
• Help the team achieve sales and performance goals through coaching and real-time feedback.
• Support guest acquisition, retention, and retail initiatives.
• Help develop and execute local store marketing efforts.
