Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a General Manager for the Reading, PA center. Lead center operations, drive sales, and build a culture of learning for coaches and families. You will manage scheduling, events, and performance to deliver an exceptional kid- and family-centered experience.

Responsibilities include KPI oversight, staff development, training, and community engagement to grow memberships while maintaining brand standards and safety. CPR certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a child-focused center and teams.
• Proven track record in sales, lead conversion, and customer retention.
• Strong communication with families and staff; coaching mindset.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and finances to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with families and provide exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives: maintenance, training, branding, and operations.
• Schedule and assign center tasks; manage staff issues and documentation.
• Set coach schedules; promote and sell events to improve profitability.
