Job summary

This role requires a hands-on leader who can recruit, train, and mentor coaches, while ensuring safety, cleanliness, and consistent brand delivery.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Understand and monitor center KPIs and financials to drive decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and deliver exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance and brand consistency.
• Manage scheduling, events, and drive center profitability.
• Lead sales efforts including call drives and event bookings.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate coaching staff using the HQ framework.
• Record data and track attendance using KS Coaches App.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and mentor the team.
