Job summary
European Wax Center - UPMA Group in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Center Experience Manager (CM) to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences while meeting financial goals. You will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.

Qualifications
- Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
- Leadership experience: minimum 2 years in a retail or multi-service environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Excel/Word; Zenoti experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Sales & Floor Leadership: coach associates on the floor to master sales and the EWC Standard of Excellence.
- Talent Development: recruit top talent and create a learning environment to hit daily goals.
- Business Strategy: analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers to improve results.
- Operational Excellence: ensure the center is pristine, safe, and compliant with state standards (TDLR).
