Job summary

UPMA Group, a franchise partner of European Wax Center, is seeking a Center Experience Manager (CM) who serves as the CEO of the center, ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable experience while achieving the company’s financial goals.

This is not an office job; you will recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists, coaching on package sales, product knowledge, and service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within retail or service environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Word with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience with Zenoti is a plus but not required.
• Adept at driving KPIs and delivering guest-focused service.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor coaching to master package sales, product education, and service standards.
• Recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Partner with District Manager and Regional Trainers to analyze KPIs and drive action plans.
• Ensure center operations are compliant, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
