European Wax Center UPMA Group is seeking a Center Manager (CM) to lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, drive sales, and ensure an inviting guest experience while achieving financial targets. You will collaborate with the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer to coach staff, manage operations, and maintain brand standards.

The CM role emphasizes talent development, training, and retention, with a growth path into District Manager roles.

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role for a multi-service or specialty store environment.
Management or leadership experience in a professional setting required.
Full time availability - including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Drive front desk high performance sales through coaching and authentic guest communication.
Analyze business reports and execute SMART action plans with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer.
Ensure compliance with brand standards, loss prevention, and safety policies.
Collaborate with District Manager to recruit, develop, and retain top talent.
