Job summary

European Wax Center UPMA Group is seeking a Center Experience Manager (CM) to lead our Katy center. You are the CEO of your center, responsible for guest experience and financial results, recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.

This full-time leadership role emphasizes on-site performance, KPI analysis, and a culture of excellence, with growth opportunities into district leadership.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within retail or multi-service environment.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel/Word; strong written and verbal communication; Zenoti experience a plus.
• Passion: Demonstrated enthusiasm for EWC culture and leadership excellence.

Responsibilities

• On-the-floor coaching and floor leadership to drive package sales and product education.
• Talent development: recruit, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of associates and wax specialists.
• Business strategy: analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Trainers; implement action plans to improve results.
• Operational excellence: maintain pristine, safe, compliant center with strong visual marketing and inventory control.
