Job summary

European Wax Center, through UPMA Group, seeks a Center Experience Manager in Houston. You will be the CEO of your center, recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver memorable guest experiences while achieving financial targets.

This role demands a hands-on leader who coaches on the floor, drives KPI-based improvements, and upholds the Glow standard across all operations and guest interactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a leadership role within retail, multi-service, or specialty store environments.
• Proficient in Excel/Word with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Experience recruiting and developing top talent to build a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Coach and lead on the sales floor to master package sales and EWC standards.
• Identify, recruit, and train top talent to meet daily goals and growth.
• Analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Trainers to drive results.
• Ensure center operations are compliant, clean, safe, and visually on-brand.
