Job summary

European Wax Center, in partnership with UPMA Group, seeks a Center Manager to lead guest experiences and drive financial performance in our Spring, TX center. You will supervise Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, coach teams on package sales, and ensure brand standards and compliance.

The role emphasizes front-desk sales leadership, talent development, and collaboration with District Managers to elevate performance. Full-time with a growth track to District Manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a leadership role for a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Management or leadership experience in a professional setting required.
• Profi cient in Excel and Word.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
• Willing to learn the business side of Revealing Beautiful Skin and how to utilize KPIs.
• Strong, quantifiable experience in operations and customer service industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, modeling guest service behaviors.
• Drive front desk high-performance sales through authentic guest communication and coaching.
• Recruit, mentor and retain talent; train and develop staff.
• Analyze business reports and create SMART action plans with the District Manager/Regional Wax Trainer.
• Ensure compliance with state standards, loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a positive work environment to reduce turnover and maximize productivity.
