UPMA Group—European Wax Center is seeking a Center Experience Manager to lead a busy center, drive guest satisfaction, and deliver financial results. You will recruit and train a high‑performing team, coach on sales, product knowledge, and KPI analysis, while maintaining brand standards and compliance.

You will be a developer of talent, a strategist for daily operations, and a passionate brand ambassador who inspires your team to achieve growth and exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a leadership role within a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Word with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience withZenoti is a plus, but not required.
• A passion for leading brand culture and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-floor coaching to drive package sales, product education, and EWC standards.
• Recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers to improve results.
• Ensure operational excellence, safety, inventory oversight, and compliance with state standards.
