Job summary

European Wax Center’s UPMA Group seeks a Center Experience Manager to lead a busy center, recruiting, training, and inspiring a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists while delivering the company’s financial results. This full-time role requires on-floor leadership with coaching, KPI analysis, and collaboration with District Managers.

Zenoti is a plus; strong Excel/Word and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time availability including evenings and Saturdays.
• Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
• Skills: Proficient in Excel/Word; excellent written and verbal communication. Zenoti experience is a plus but not required.
• Passion: A deep desire to be an EWC Brand Culture Warrior.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Floor Leadership: coach associates on package sales, product education, and standards on the floor.
• Talent Development: recruit top talent and foster a learning environment to hit daily goals and grow careers.
• Business Strategy: analyze KPIs with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainers to improve results.
• Operational Excellence: ensure center is pristine, safe, compliant, and visually consistent.
