Job summary

European Wax Center in Houston, TX seeks a Center Experience Manager (CM) to lead day-to-day operations, coach sales and wax staff, and drive guest satisfaction while delivering financial results. This is a growth-focused, high-impact leadership role within the UPMA Group franchise.

You will recruit, train, and inspire a team, align with district leadership, and champion the EWC Standard of Excellence. A strong growth trajectory awaits, with opportunities to advance along our leadership track.

Qualifications

• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.
• Leadership experience in multi-service/retail environment (2+ years).
• Proficient in Excel/Word; Zenoti a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists on floor.
• Drive KPIs, sales, guest experience, and operations to achieve financial results.
• Recruit, train, and develop talent while maintaining Brand culture and standards.
• Ensure center safety, cleanliness, and compliance with state standards.
