European Wax Center, Inc. is seeking a Center Experience Manager (CM) in Houston to serve as the CEO of the center, delivering memorable guest experiences while meeting financial targets.

You will recruit, train, and inspire a high-performing team of Sales Associates and Wax Specialists in a dynamic retail setting. You will partner with district leaders to analyze KPIs, drive coaching on the floor, and ensure operational excellence, including inventory oversight and compliance with state

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role within a multi-service, retail, or specialty store environment.
• Proficient in Excel/Word with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Availability: Full-time, including evenings and Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Lead the center to achieve guest experience and financial targets.
• Recruit, train, and coach a high-performing sales and wax services team.
• Partner with district leadership to analyze KPIs and implement improvement plans.
• Ensure operational excellence, inventory oversight, and adherence to state standards.
