European Wax Center seeks a Center Manager to lead a busy Lafayette center, delivering an exceptional guest experience while meeting financial and operational goals. You will coach a team of Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists, model brand standards, and drive a positive, results-driven culture.

The role requires on-floor leadership, strong guest engagement, and accountability for performance, culture, and outcomes across all center operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a high-performing guest-facing team.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities.
• Proven track record in achieving sales, service and retail goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of the center to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Coach and mentor Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists.
• Manage schedules, staffing, and floor coverage to maximize sales opportunities.
• Utilize KPIs (Net Sales, Service Dollars per Guest, Retail Conversion, etc.) to drive actions.
• Foster a culture of learning and accountability; implement Performance Improvement Plans when needed.
• Ensure visual merchandising and brand standards are followed and the center is guest-ready.
• Maintain safety, inventory controls, and compliance with policies.
