The Learning Experience – Natick is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead one of our premier early childhood education centers. This leadership role focuses on developing teachers, fostering family relationships, and delivering an outstanding educational experience for every child.

As Center Director, you will oversee daily operations, mentor your leadership team, drive enrollment growth, ensure licensing compliance, and cultivate a culture of excellence for children and educators alike.

Qualifications

• Previous Center Director or Preschool Director experience preferred.
• Massachusetts Director I & II Certification or ability to obtain immediately.
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC licensing.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for coaching educators and developing high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily center operations.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain exceptional educators.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations.
