The Learning Experience - Natick is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our premier early childhood education center. You will mentor the leadership team, drive enrollment, ensure licensing excellence, and foster a culture where children and educators thrive.

Qualifications include MA Director I & II certification (or immediate eligibility), strong leadership and communication skills, and prior Center Director experience. Competitive salary with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Director I & II Certification required (or ability to obtain immediately).
• Strong understanding of Massachusetts EEC licensing.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Passion for coaching educators and developing high-performing teams.
• Previous Center Director or Preschool Director experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all daily center operations.
• Recruit, hire, mentor, and retain exceptional educators.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC regulations.

• Support curriculum implementation and classroom quality.

As Center Director, you will oversee every aspect of the school's daily operations while mentoring your leadership team, supporting enrollment growth, maintaining licensing excellence, and fostering a culture where both children and educators succeed.
