Job summary

The Learning Experience in Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead operations, financial performance, and program quality at our MA early childhood center.

You will hire and mentor teachers, ensure licensing compliance with EEC regulations, grow enrollment, and partner with families and local organizations to create a vibrant learning community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading an early childhood center.
• Massachusetts Director Certification and strong knowledge of MA EEC licensing requirements.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and ability to motivate and develop teams.
