The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking an experienced Center Director to balance operational excellence with strong customer service and a passion for children’s learning.

As Center Director you will oversee school operations and financial performance, ensure licensing compliance, hire and develop outstanding teachers, coach staff, and drive enrollment while maintaining exceptional family experiences and community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Early childhood leadership experience.
• Massachusetts Director Certification.
• Knowledge of EEC regulations.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop teams.
