The Learning Experience – Franklin is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our school with a strong focus on educational excellence, operational success, and team development. This role oversees daily operations, supports enrollment growth, and ensures compliance with MA EEC licensing standards.

The position emphasizes coaching educators, building relationships with families, and creating an engaging environment where children and staff thrive.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts Director I and II certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for the center's daily operations, educational programs, and staff.
• Recruit, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of early childhood educators.
• Ensure full compliance with all Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and company standards.
• Promote exceptional classroom quality and support continuous teacher development.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective families to drive enrollment and retention.
• Monitor center performance, staffing, budgets, and operational goals.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture for children, families, and employees.
• Partner with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.
