The Learning Experience in Andover, MA is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our school with a strong focus on educational excellence, operational success, team development, and family experience.

As Center Director, you will oversee daily operations, enrollments, regulatory compliance, and high-quality early learning experiences while developing your team and maintaining a positive school culture for children and staff.

Qualifications

• Two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center.
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing requirements.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily center operations, educational programs, and staff.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of early childhood educators.
• Ensure compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing regulations and center standards.
• Promote exceptional classroom quality and support continuous teacher development.
• Monitor staffing, classroom ratios, scheduling, and operational needs.
• Build strong relationships with current and prospective families.
• Support tours, enrollment, family engagement, and retention efforts.
• Monitor center performance, budgets, staffing, and operational goals.
• Maintain licensing documentation and center records.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture for children, families, and employees.
• Partner with ownership to implement strategic initiatives and achieve center goals.

Location: The Learning Experience - Andover, MA

Salary: $80,000-$100,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

The Learning Experience - Andover is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead our school with a strong focus on educational excellence, operational success, team development, and family experience.

• Massachusetts Director I and Director II qualifications required
• Minimum of two years of leadership experience in a licensed early childhood education center
• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Strong knowledge of Massachusetts EEC regulations and licensing requirements
• Demonstrated experience leading, coaching, and developing early childhood educators
• Experience supporting enrollment, family relationships, and center operations
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Passion for developing educators and delivering high-quality early childhood programs
