Job summary

The Learning Experience - Foxboro is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead operations, drive clinical and educational excellence, and serve as a community ambassador.

You will balance financial performance with high-quality customer service, recruit and develop teachers, ensure licensing compliance, and foster enrollment growth while creating a positive workplace where staff and families feel valued.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and decision-making skills required.
• Experience in early childhood leadership and supervision.
• Knowledge of EEC regulations and MA licensing requirements.
