The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA is looking for a Center Director / Co-Director to lead operations and maintain program excellence. Qualifications

• Director I and Director II certification required.
• Minimum 2 years preschool leadership experience required.

• Ensure consistent implementation of the L.E.A.P. curriculum.
• Maintain compliance with Massachusetts EEC licensing standards.
• Support enrollment growth through tours and family engagement.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and budget performance.
• Build strong relationships with families and community partners.

Center Director (Early Childhood Education) / Co-Director – Dedham

Location: The Learning Experience – Dedham, MA

Pay: $70,000–$80,000 per year (based on experience)

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday
