The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking an experienced Center Director to lead operations, coach teachers, and drive strong customer service in a thriving early childhood program.

Salary is $70,000 per year. The role balances business leadership with educational excellence, focusing on enrollment growth, licensing compliance, and creating a positive workplace where staff and families feel supported.

Qualifications

• Early childhood leadership experience.
• Massachusetts Director Certification.
• Knowledge of EEC regulations.
