Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a center-based ABA therapy provider, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician to deliver 1:1 and small-group instruction. You will implement behavior support plans, collect data, and collaborate with BCBA/BC to ensure progress for children with autism in a center setting.

Required: RBT certification, high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Strong data collection and summary data skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with using mobile apps and digital data records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings with intensive teaching.
• Follow prescribed behavioral protocols in treatment plans by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation and reporting.
• Communicate progress to parents and caregivers.
• Maintain safe, clean therapy environments.
• Assist BCBA/BC in prep of client materials and assessments.
