Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to join our center-based ABA program serving young children. This in-center role supports 1:1 and small group sessions, implementing behavior analytic plans and data collection.

The position offers full-time hours, Monday–Friday, with benefits and a structured pay plan. CPR/First Aid, TB testing, and a valid RBT are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification with BACB.
• Willing to pass background check.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to complete TB test annually.
• Physically able to perform job tasks (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication, tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct 1:1 and group client care using intensive teaching and NAT.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize client data.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training per protocol.
• Ensure timely documentation per procedures.
• Communicate progress to parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
