Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide 1:1 and small-group ABA therapy in-center for young children in Phoenix, AZ. You will follow BCBA/BC plans, collect data, train families, and maintain safe, organized therapy spaces.

Requirements include an active RBT certification, high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to complete CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Formación

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to complete CPR and First Aid training.
• Background check required by the company.
• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Must have reliable transportation and be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to TB test annually and to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct client care 1:1 and in group settings using intensive teaching.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC for skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training per treatment protocols.
• Ensure documentation is completed on time per procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as instructed by BCBA/BC.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work and therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
