Job summary

Centria Autism’s Life Skills Autism Academy seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our in-center ABA therapy program. The role offers full-time schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30am–4:30pm, with 1:1 and group client care, data collection, and family training under BCBA supervision.

Candidates must hold RBT certification, be at least 18, have a HS diploma or GED, and be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB tests.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.
• Reliable transportation.
• Physically able to perform job duties (lift up to 50 lbs).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Strong cultural competency and flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group direct client care using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow treatment plans and protocols developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers per BCBA/BC guidelines.
• Maintain a safe, clean, organized therapy environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparing client materials and assessments.
