Life Skills Autism Academy, a Centria Autism division, is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to work in-center with young children on the autism spectrum. You will implement ABA-based teaching and data collection under BCBA supervision, supporting clients one-on-one and in small groups to improve communication, daily living skills, and social behavior.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, in-center.

Formación

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification or be willing to complete a 40-hour course and sit for the competency exam within 45 days.
• Must be willing to participate in background check.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification and TB test annually.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain accurate data records.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow client treatment plans developed by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation according to established procedures.
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers as instructed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Assist BCBA/BC in preparation of client materials and assessments.
