Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group ABA therapy sessions.
• Follow behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols.
• Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent/caregiver training.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation.
• Communicate progress with parents/caregivers as directed by supervisor.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized therapy environment.
• Prepare client materials and assist with assessments as needed.
